Snapdeal in talks with Uber to integrate its API

Must Read

Snapdeal is in talks with Uber to integrate its API on the Snapdeal platform. The tie-up between both the companies will allow consumers to book Uber cab through Snapdeal’s app.
Apart from this, over the past 12 months, Snapdeal has also entered into partnerships with other companies like redBus, Cleartrip and Zomato.
Primarily around its user interface and user experience, Snapdeal has been rolling out a series of upgrades for its mobile app over the past six months.  It seems that the company is trying to evolve from just an e-commerce company to a complete ecosystem of goods and services.
For Uber, the partnership with Snapdeal will give it access to more than 25-million registered users of the e-commerce company, at a time when it is locked in battle with Ola.
