Swedish fashion retail giant H&M is all set to open its third and biggest outlet in India at DLF Mall of India, Noida, in Spring 2016.
The new store would be spread across four floors covering an area of 37,000 sq.ft, which is bigger than the 25,000 sq.ft debut store at Select Citywalk mall, New Delhi and the 28,000 sq ft outlet at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj.
“After successful store launches last year, we continue the trend by expanding to some of the most exciting retail destinations across the country with H&M’s business concept of Fashion and Quality at the Best price in a sustainable way,” Janne Einola, Country Manager, H&M Hennes & Mauritz Retail Pvt. Ltd. India, said in a release.
H&M opened its first outlet on October 2nd last year in New Delhi’s Select Citywalk mall. The company has said it plans to open 50 stores in India to tap into the country’s growing demand for global fashion labels.
In 2016, H&M will also open stores in Bengaluru, Gurgaon and Mumbai, the company said.
