Bangalore-based Caravan Evolved Craft, the maker of evolved Indic craft products, has launched its web store. Now shoppers across India and the world can experience its unique contemporary crafted products comprising apparel, jewellery, decor, gifts and toys, it said in a press release.
Caravan’s products combine aesthetics distilled from trend forecasts, global standards of quality and the finest craft skills that have been re-imagined, re-engineered and evolved to increase their relevance in the modern world.
Caravan presently has its own stores in Bangalore, Mumbai and Pune, and will soon be opening one in Chennai.
The Caravan web store showcases products across apparel, jewellery, home decor, gifts and toys.
“With our own web store, customers worldwide will have access to the complete range under the label. The high interest in Caravan’s evolved products from overseas visitors and those travelling from cities in India that we don’t have a presence in was a big motivator behind this initiative. In line with the brand strategy to develop a new category of Evolved Indic Craft products, we have found that our range finds appeal with not just people familiar or exposed to Indian sensibilities, but with a much larger global audience. Therefore, our marketing efforts are not just limited to the diaspora but also to the mature discerning audience markets around the world,” Caravan CEO, Kunal R Sachdev, said.
The brand is also selectively available on Amazon.in and Myntra. It is soon going to be available to customers in USA and Europe through Amazon.com and Amazon.uk.
Caravan also has presence in Zurich, Geneva and Lausanne, and is working to expand its physical presence across other global markets, the release said. (SH)
