    PVR introduces interactive customer platforms to enhance ‘after service’


    In a bid to ride ahead in the digital space, has recently introduced the next level of consumer engagement through Interactive Consumer Experience (ICE) and the Movie Calendar, the company said in a press release.

    These two powerful interactive platforms have the ability to not only connect with the customers, but also take their feedback on real time basis and provide hassle-free on-the-move information.

    The PVR Movie Calendar will allow its customers to track line up of movies at PVR for the next three months and set reminders for new releases. Compatible with operating systems like iOS, Android, Windows and Mac the calendar can be synced with smart phones and gadgets.

    ICE, on the other hand, will allow customers to give instant feedback to PVR. It is a mobile-based channel and will work on SMS and USSD, a technology that allows menu based interactive communication.
