Ricoh Brand Stores are conceptualized as the ultimate retailing experience that synchronizes with innovation, quality and excellence. It would give the company, better insight into customer needs and help to come up with customized products and solutions. The Hyderabad Store will display the copiers, projectors, cameras, binoculars, and visual communication products, along with Laser Printers. Ricoh brings in a list of superior devices along with the highest standard of customer support and services to satiate the printing, imaging communication and IT needs, consumables like genuine Ricoh ink cartridges & more. The company also plans to open, 10-15 such experience zones in top cities in the next one year.
The diverse array of Ricoh India product line up comprises single function and multi-function Ricoh printers to buy for home & office use, Ricoh SP200s, which is a high speed and low cost per page which makes it’s a big advantage in small package, Jam free SP 111 printer for a smoother printing experience
The available products at Ricoh store for the touch and feel will include Pentax K-500, which is an impressive entry-level DSLR, all weather and all-purpose underwater camera WG4 among many other products. And Ultra Short Throw projectors which are new advancement in the projection category, they are the only ‘Vertical’ projector that does not use an external mirror as many UST projectors do.
Ricoh India has ventured into this Brand Stores to have greater visibility and giving customer an easy access to product and technologies. Through its retail stores Ricoh wants to enhance customer experience of the technology products and also to cater to the B2C Segment. The Brand shop will complement the Ricoh eStore, so that the consumers can make the most of the Ricoh one – stop printing and imaging solutions.

Ricoh Product Portfolio is vast and we have many products which cater to Consumer segment, which will be showcased through these retail stores. We choose Hyderabad as our first location for our retails store because it is a very strategic market for Ricoh and we believe that Hyderabad is a cosmopolitan city and right location to launch any retail initiatives”.
