Yauatcha is a London-based chain of authentic Chinese cuisine, and is every dim sum lover’s dream come true. This is the fourth Yauatcha restaurant in India, with the other three being in Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi.
Yauatcha specials on the bar menu are innovative and highly recommended. The Baron Vert and Lam Peak martini are bestsellers, while whiskey aficionados should try the whiskey-based watermelon martini for its richness. As for the dim sums, they come in fried, pan-fried or steamed forms. The crispy Prawn Cheung Fun is wonderfully textured with a thick potato pastry sheathing the prawn. One should also try the aromatic Truffle Dumpling and the Rich Poached Peking Dumpling.
Spread across 5,000 square feet of area, Yauatcha at Quest seats around 200. Its aesthetic interiors are designed in a way that gives a modern twist to the traditional Chinese tea house.
