Landmarc Leisure Corporation Limited (LLCL) entered into education sector with the launch of the Svastii Wellness Academy. The project is spearheaded by Paulomi Dhawan, MD, LLCL. Vrinda Seddon, Director of the academy, has been an international examiner for Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) and is associated with City & Guilds and HABIA, UK. The School of Spa, Holistic, Eastern and Chinese Therapies (SHEC) is headed by Archana Ghemeri, a certified professional in Basic and Advance Cosmetology with Natural Pigment Implant being a special focus. Bernadine Fernandes is the Head of Department for School of Hair Fashion and Grooming.

She holds international qualifications from The Wella Studio New York, with The Master Hair Colorist Certification and Hair Styling, among others. She has been with Wella Professionals (India) as their Technical Center Leader (Western Region) and manages their Mumbai academy. Anusuya Jani, Head of Department for School of Wellness and Course Co-coordinator, is qualified with CIBTAC, Comité International d’Esthétique et de Cosmétologie (CIDESCO) diplomas and will be responsible for all the wellness-related courses. Each course is customized into the client’s time-table. The courses are categorized according to the different schools with different hours of classes. The academy arranges campus interviews and provides work placement during the course of the study.

Qualifications offered:

Students are awarded an academy certificate on successfully completing the course. And those who appear for the International Vocational Qualification (IVQS) are awarded by City & Guilds (UK).

Entry requirements:


Caters to students of class 10 (or equivalent) and above.


Fixed fee for school registration and examination. Variable fee structure for international examinations. The course fee structure falls within the range of Rs10,000 to Rs1,50,000.
