Spread across 582 sq ft, the Kiehl’s store is done up like its other stores worldwide, featuring the celebrated brand-mascot Mr Bones, a consultation table for customers to receive a detailed skin care consultation from the Kiehl’s Customer Representatives, characteristic of New York City imagery, brick walls and Kiehl’s products that adorn the store walls for the face, hair, body, men and babies. Kiehls is present in five metro cities namely, Delhi, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Bangalore and Kolkata being the latest.
Speaking at the occasion, Anurag Tyagi, Brand Manager, Kiehl’s India, said, “At Kiehl’s, it is always our attempt to be present where our customers are. Over the last three years we have been seeing significant demand for Kiehl’s from customers from Kolkata who have been shopping with us from our stores in other cities such as Delhi and Mumbai. We are, therefore, thrilled to be introducing Kiehl’s to our Kolkata customers with a store in their own city. It’s our eigth store in the country and the first in Kolkata and this is just the beginning!”
