Pure South to Open Two Restaurants this FY and Expand Outside Kerala by Next Year

Kerala-based QSR chain, Pure South plans to expand its presence in Cochin and Trivandrum (both in Kerala) this fiscal. The brand also plans to open outlets outside Kerala by next year.

Unnikrishnan KR, Co-founder and CEO, Puresouth Hospitality, comments on the expansion plans,”Our dream is to open 100 outlets in the next three to four years.We select locations post careful analysis of various factors such as customer movement, competing outlets, and parking space. Currently, we operate outlets, which cover 800 sq ft to 1500 sq ft and the new outlets will also follow the same format size.”

Puresouth Hospitality owns and operate Pure South restaurant chain in Kerala, which is an year old brand in the market. Currently the company operates four restaurants.
