South Indian QSR Chain Vaango Launches Idli/Vada Chaat

South Indian QSR Vaango has launched a combo of Idli Chaat and Vada Chaat. The chaat is from north India, and made using yoghurt, tamarind sauce, green chutney and spices. In addition to this, there is a beverage menu, comprising of buttermilk, lassi and lime mojito. Another Vaango specialty is Idli Manchurian. All of these are available at Vaango’s Delhi outlet between 9am and 10pm everyday. The price starts at Rs 69.

Said Praveen Bodduluri, COO, Vaango, “This summer, Vaango has introduced a new variation of the traditional South Indian idli and vada by combining it with chaat. We are happy to have developed this special range for the first time in India.”

Vaango’s menu lists traditional delicacies from regions across South India including dosas, vadas, idlis, rice preparations like curd rice and tamarind rice, and deserts like Rawa Kesari. The Menu also has a special health section that includes Neer dosas and Appams and Ishtew. One can enjoy a visual treat of getting to see crispy dosas being made at the Live Kitchen. Prices are an affordable Rs 60 to Rs 105. Combos range between Rs 85 to Rs 180.

Vaango currently has four outlets in Delhi NCR. These are located at Noida Sector 18, Gurgaon’s Cyber Park and South Point Mall, and in Kirti Nagar.
