Tejas Bhoite, Executive Chef (North India), Pan India Food Solutions New Delhi

is the Executive Chef (North India) of Pan India Food Solutions, Mumbai since March 2010. Pan India Food Solutions is a multi-brand restaurant chain with brands like Spaghetti Kitchen, Copper Chimney, Noodle Bar, Bombay Blue, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, Spoon – The Food Court , FoodTalk, Gelato Italiano, and Bistro and Penne with more then 120 outlets functional across the country.

His current role comprises heading all the production operations in North India with outlets across Delhi NCR, Chandigarh and upcoming ones in Punjab. Quality assurance, cost control, new product development, menu engineering, managing a staff of 200 chefs, recruitment, appraisals, monitoring HR budgets in production department, and overlooking cold chain to satellite units are his key responsibilities.

Prior to Pan India Food Solutions, Bhoite was an Executive Chef with The Reganza by Tunga, Navi Mumbai,  where he worked for around two and a half years. He organised the production department by starting a cold kitchen, butchery, bakery and confectionery; chalked out SOPs for F &B control, managed a staff of 75 chefs, and played a key role in the 5 star classification process.

Bhoite holds a BSc degree in H&HA from IHM, Mumbai.
