M.S. Ghouri is a culinary professional who has spent 28 years in hospitality industry in resorts and luxury hotels. He is also an active member of American Culinary Federation. Ghouri has also headed a group of 22 chefs from all over Africa for which he received an appreciation certificate from the US Consulate. He started his career as a General Trainee with Hotel Oberoi Inter Continental.
Some of the past roles of Ghouri include Assistant Chef at Hotel Claridges, New Delhi; Executive Chef at Hotel Ras Resort, Silvassa; Executive Chef at Hotel Broadway, New Delhi; Executive Chef at Hotel Ambassador Pallava, Chennai; Executive Chef at Hotel Holiday Inn – Gem Park, Ooty; Sr. Executive Chef at The Imperial Group of Hotels Uganda; Corporate Chef at Empee Group of Hotels, Chennai, to name a few.
He is currently employed as the Associate Executive Chef with Le Royal Meridien. Ghouri holds a Diploma in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (DHMCT).
