JSM Corporation, a leading name in the hospitality industry has launched a new restaurant concept in Bangalore, Ginger Tiger. It is a Stir-Fry, Chinese casual dining brand.

Ginger Tiger, located in Indiranagar, offers a menu, where every dish created at the restaurant is an amalgamation of new as well as classic Chinese-inspired offerings that makes it ideal for quick office lunches, group hangouts or dinner dates. The menu unfolds the culinary philosophy of China by re-telling an age old story with modern recipes.
The team at Ginger Tiger is headed by Chef Priyank and Chef Rahul, who have put together a menu that features soups, starters, and entrees alongside the Mongolian grill and live stir-fry counter, where customers can personalise dishes according to their tastes.

We, at JSM, believe that the casual dining format has not been explored much in the city. With Ginger Tiger we would like to introduce the concept of stir fries that can mean anything from a complete family meal to a quick lunch, all at a reasonable price. While our core values of authentic cuisine and premium quality service will carry on to this new name under JSM, with Ginger Tiger we hope to establish ourselves as an authority in the casual dining format in the hospitality industry.”
The restaurant covers 1620 sq ft area with 76 covers, plus a 16 seat patio, it provides a cozy yet comfortable setting. Meals are reasonably priced to include soups, starters and unlimited stir fry bowls, starting from INR 399.
