The countdown for the most colossal event in the business of fashion has begun! The nucleus of the Indian fashion industry will move to Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon, Mumbai for two consecutive days in January 2014. At the India Fashion Forum (IFF), to be held on 17th and 18th January, a congregation of fashion captains from across the country will converge to learn, share and evolve, with the single minded agenda to catalyse the growth of fashion for the entire value chain from yarn-to-retail.
The IFF 2014 will be not just a B2B event, but a forum to celebrate being a part of a creative and booming industry.
For years, the IFF has been a prestigious industry platform where buyers, trend agencies, retailers and fashion media gather to discuss creating opportunities by increasing fashion consumption and market size. It is a platform where brands, labels, leaders of the fashion and apparel industry exchange ideas and make long-lasting contacts for mutual benefit and symbiotic growth. Here they learn, share and collaborate to take forward the fashion retail industry of the country.
With its mission ‘Forecast, Create and Transform: The Business of Fashion’, IFF does justice to its reputation of being India’s biggest fashion forum with inclusions like workshops, conferences, exhibitions, fashion shows, trends theatre and the Images Fashion Awards.
The theme for this year’s event is ‘Nurturing the retail ecosystem for a fashion-forward India’. The driving forces behind creating fashion excellence will share their rich expertise and knowledge with their industry counterparts.
