Tata Starbucks Ltd, the 50:50 joint venture between Starbucks Coffee Company and Tata Global Beverages Ltd, has opened 3 new stores across Delhi and Mumbai, taking the count of Starbucks® stores in India to 18.

The Starbucks® store at R–City Mall at Ghatkopar, Mumbai, covers an area of around 1668 sqft and has a seating capacity of 75. The store is contemporary in look with high ceilings featuring locally painted parsley motifs, bold coloured walls and warm local wood wrappings. The Delhi store at DMRC, Metro in Nehru Place covers an area of around 1938 sqft, with a seating capacity of 70, and serves time pressed commuters. The interiors create an authentic rustic feel with brick work, bold colours and high ceilings. The store at Delhi’s upscale Greater Kailash, M-Block Market is around 2,045 sqft with seating capacity of 50. Starbucks coffee story is woven throughout the store – from the messages on the stair riser to the hand painted coffee region map on the focal wall. The stores offer Starbucks merchandise and free Wi-Fi.
