DLF Brands, a subsidiary of the real-estate giant DLF, has opened its first multi-brand outlet “AVE.NEU” in Delhi at Moments mall, Kirti Nagar. Spread across 15,000 sq.ft., the store stocks international fashion brands such as Boggi Milano, Claire’s, DKNY, Alcott, Sunglass Hut, ELC, and Mothercare. The announcement is part of DLF Brands overall strategy of catering to the needs of a fashion-conscious consumer.
Speaking on the occasion, Timmy Sarna, MD, DLF Brands, said: “We are excited to launch our first multi-brand outlet, which will cater to audience from all walks of life. The outlet, for us, is a symbol of DLF Brands success in bringing some of the most reputed international brands to India. This is the first time DLF Brands is introducing this concept and we are hopeful of a good response for the store.”
Dipak Agarwal, Chief Executive Officer – Operations and Strategy, DLF Brands emphasised: “We are proud on our association with Moments mall and as a brand strategy ‘AVE.NEU’ will be rolled out in the evolving Indian markets meeting the brand-centric needs of the consumers. As part of this strategy, we plan to open four to five such stores each year. Each multi-brand store would be spread across 10,000 to 15,000 sq.ft. and would require investment of up to Rs 15 crore.”
DLF Brands currently operates stand-alone stores for 11 global brands. It is also holding talks with other international brands to bring them into India. The company plans to enter beauty and wellness category and also enhance its presence in the home segment.
