DLF Brands has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Delhi-based retail real-estate advisory firm Real Estate IQ under which the latter has been authorized to represent DLF Brands to secure various properties and related commercial deals in furtherance of business of the company.
The MOU says that to secure such deals, Real Estate IQ can state its alliance between both the companies. The MOU is a mutual understanding between both the parties to secure and create current and future prospects for the business of DLF Brands.
According to the MOU, DLF Brands will treat Real Estate IQ as a preferred partner to secure property deals and related business proposals.
DLF Brands, that started operations in 2008, has launched various global brands in India including Alcott, DKNY, Claire, Mothercare, Boggi Milano, Sunglass Hut, Early Learning Centre- Pan India and Mango for Central, East and West India.
