The Celebration Mall, Udaipur signs key anchors

CapitaMalls Asia and Advance India Projects (AIPL) has signed key anchor tenants for The Celebration Mall, Udaipur. Bharti Retail’s Easyday Market and food court chain, Food Celebrations are to join cinema operator, PVR and department store, Reliance Trends as anchor tenants for the mall. The Celebration Mall will also house city’s first McDonald outlet.

Kevin Chee, country head, India, CapitaMalls Asia, said, “CapitaMalls Asia is pleased to have signed a strong line up of key anchor tenants for The Celebration Mall, Udaipur and we are on track for a soft launch on 2 July 2011.”

The Celebration Mall, Udaipur is spread around 3,90,000 sq.ft of super built-up area across seven floors, the mall will have 144 retail units which includes fine dining restaurants, cafes, food kiosks and department stores. There will be parking spaces over two basement levels. The mall has been designed by architects Nimish Patel and Parul Zaveri from Panika of ‘The Oberoi Udaivilas’ fame.
