The beauty industry is growing rapidly in India. To acknowledge the efforts of the people working in this ever-challenging industry, Events I Diva organized ‘I Diva Salon Awards and Convention’ on March 15 and 16, 2011 in Delhi.
The exhibition covered all the aspects of hair, beauty, make-up and wellness in a comprehensive manner which included live demonstrations by well-known hair stylists and make-up artists apart from there being competitions in different categories.
It was a learning platform for the make-up artists,salon owners, trainers and beauticians. The judges included known names, such as hairstylists Sylvie and Habib Ahmed, beauty expert Neelam Harish and nail art creator Gurpreet Seble. The winners in all the categories were awarded with trophies, certificates, medals and cash prizes.
The highlight of the two-day event was the 3D make-up presented by make-up artist Anurag Jaiswal.
