Oriflame India spread its wings

Swedish beauty and cosmetics firm, Oriflame aims to launch around 350 products in India this year and plans to double the number of service centres it operates in the country to over 500.

“We launched 272 products last year. This year we will be launching 350 products across all the categories, including skin care, hair care, fragrances and colour cosmetics. We will be taking the number of service centres from 225 to 500 this year. It will be spread across the country. A major portion of our revenues comes from the metros. We want to expand and get into tier-II and tier-III cities,” says Marcus Sandstrom, Managing Director, Oriflame India.
