Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden to be operational from Jan 10

Pacific Development Corporation Limited, a real estate development company engaged in developing retail, residential, hospitality and education properties across India, has announced that Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden will become operational from January 10, 2011. The mall in West Delhi has a total retail space of 4.4 lakh sq.ft and is currently 90 per cent leased out.

Abhishek Bansal, executive director, Pacific Development Corporation Ltd, says, “The key anchors in our mall are Lifestyle, Cinemax and Spar, while mini anchors include Zara, Splash, Mothercare, United Colors of Benetton, Giggles (gaming and bowling alley) and Next.” The Spar outlet at Pacific Mall will be spread over an area of 50,000 sq.ft.

Bansal further said vanilla stores in the mall would include Mango, Promod, Charles & Keith, Tommy Hilfiger, FCUK, Guess, Aldo, Anita Dongre and Hidesign to name a few, while F&B players who have signed up with the mall included KFC, Cinnabon, Subway, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee and Bikano, among others.
