Reliance Digital goes for image makeover

Must Read

Reliance Digital, the consumer durables and electronics arm of Reliance Retail, has embarked on a remodelling exercise to provide customers with a well differentiated value and experience.

As part of the exercise, all Reliance Digital stores, including existing and new ones, will be remodelled to help deliver to customers its new promise: ‘We bring technology to life for you’.

The first Reliance Digital outlet to have undergone a revamp is the Vashi store in Mumbai which now claims to be more customer focused, convenient, informative and service oriented. It also has an Experience Zone to help customers feel, enjoy, test and try the products.

Sharing his vision for the business, Brian Bade, chief executive, Reliance Digital, said, “It has always been the endeavour of Reliance to provide consumers with a wide range of high quality products at competitive prices. Reliance Digital has geared itself to be completely customer centric in its offerings and services. We offer a wide range of state-of-the-art CDIT products to our customers and make it easy for them to understand and use these products."

“Our stores have been remodelled to make them customer convenient. We have set ourselves high targets and standards so that our customers get the best at our store through products, solutions, service and a life-long relationship,” he added.

In the first phase of the remodelling initiative, the brand will focus on top metros and satellite towns, and cover around 150 cities in the second phase.

The brand has also revamped its website, www.reliancedigital.in, to make it more interactive and informative. Customers who visit the site and fill in their details get special discounts on products when they shop at the store.

“With a focus to provide end-to-end solutions related to technology products, Reliance Digital has introduced ‘Reliance ResQ’ – an exclusive service centre that provides service and extended warranty covering most of the leading brands at a cost as low as Rs.2 per day,” Baid said, adding, “this service is available 365 days of the year.”
