‘Trend Partner` FOR DCW: SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS

Setting the trend of creating spectacular couture art forms in fashion and décor, the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) has announced SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS as Trend Partner for the first Pearls Delhi Couture Week.

Guests at Pearls Delhi Couture Week will be greeted with a venue sparkling with couture installations made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS. Creatively designed by Sumant Jayakrishnan and symbolising the longstanding marriage of Swarovski with couture and couturiers in India, bespoke and dramatic installations made with SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS at the venue will personify how crystal loves couture and couture loves crystal!

We are delighted to be Trend Partners at Delhi Couture Week setting a benchmark of taking couture to new heights of fashion and artistry. Their installations on venue will personify how Indian couture revels in a new era marked by traditional yet modern sparkling sensuality,” said Sunil Sethi, President, FDCI.

The entire venue will dazzle with nine dynamic art forms of couture lighting installations. From the entrance to the interiors of the venue will represent how crystal embodies everything couture and vice versa.

The focal installation, commemorating and glorifying the Indian couture talent, is a dramatic and distinguished 20 feet tall cascading chandelier. This stunning installation will grace the central area around the two main show areas. Eight other creative installations will spread across the venue establishing SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS as a trendsetter in creating new possibilities of expression in art and décor.

No couture show is complete without the glamour and sparkle of SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS, designers Gaurav Gupta, Manav Gangwani, Rohit Bal, Suneet Varma, JJ Valaya and Varun Bahl are partners who are working closely with the brand for this couture week.
