The collaboration is a well-thought out move by Rexam, which is a part of the firm’s ongoing aggressive new product development drive. The drive is designed to conceive, commercialise and make a breakthrough in make-up packaging in line with the latest market trends. Herlant is known for his sound understanding of the art of make-up and the interrelationship between the consumer, the gesture, the product and the brand. “Herlant will work with Rexam’s experts in the conceptualisation and evaluation of new shapes, features and gestures,” says Carole Grassi, Category Manager – Cosmetics, Rexam.
