The Loot, a multi-brand discount store, has tied up with Bhavan’s Centre for Inter-Disciplinary Studies (BCIDS), under the guidance of the prestigious SP Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR), to offer its employees an opportunity to earn and learn at the same time.

The tie-up will help The Loot employees update their knowledge and skills by undergoing various programmes in the retail sector.

Jay Gupta, managing director, The Loot, said, “This whole experience will help employees grow and understand the business better. At the end of the tie-up, we will have trained and qualified staff, who will eventually help us do more quality work and reach our goals. Tying up with an education brand like BCIDS-SPJIMR is perfect for The Loot, as skills taught will match the latest in the retail industry.”

The Loot, in existence for over five years, has over 600 employees pan India.
