Orama enters AlphaOne mall, Amritsar

Orama, which provides leisure and wholesome entertainment for urban households, has recently opened a 14,464 sq.ft store at the AlphaOne mall, Amritsar.

Speaking exclusively to IndiaRetailing Prodipta Sen, VP, Marketing, Retail and Corporate Affairs, Alpha G Corp, says, “The retail rental agreement with the Orama store is minimum guarantee and revenue share, whichever is higher.”

Recently, stores such as Beverly Hills Polo Club, Standard’s Max and Metro Shoes have opened at AlphaOne, Amritsar. Standard’s Max, a Delhi-based department store, rolled out its 27,000 sq.ft store at AlphaOne on May 15.

AlphaOne, Amritsar recently bagged the ‘Most Admired Shopping Centre Launch of the Year – North’ award at IMAGES Shopping Centre Awards, 2010 in Mumbai.

The four-floor AlphaOne, Amritsar has more than 170 outlets, with each floor covering over 1,20,000 sq.ft of retail space in which 79 per cent of the property is operational and 90 per cent leased out. The anchors of this property include Shoppers Stop, HyperCity, Reliance Trends, Fun Cinemas and Orama.
