V Mart Retail Ltd, has opened its first store in Begusarai, Bihar, on April 8. The store, spread over an area of 8,000 sq.ft will offer kirana products, apparel range, footwear, toys, accessories, home furnishing, crockery, plastic goods etc. It is their second store in Bihar and 58th store in India.
"After getting a very good response from our Arrah store, we have opened our second store in Bihar. Consumer response to this new store is very overwhelming. We always believe in delivering quality product to our customers," says Lalit Agrawal, chairman and managing director, V Mart Retail Ltd.
V Mart currently operates 58 stores across 44 cities in northern and western region of the country. It covers more than four lakh sq.ft of retail space with an offering of more than 70 thousand products to choose from. V Mart is a chain of medium-sized hypermarket stores with focus on tier II and tier III cities.
