    Shoppers Stop opens third store in Bengaluru


    has opened its store in mall at Bengaluru. It is the third store of in the silicon city, which is spread over an area of 42,698 square feet.

    They selected JDA Warehouse Management given its scalability, efficient processing and flow-through distribution capabilities it needed to meet the demands of the highly competitive retail environment

    Further, the company has also revealed the opening of store at Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. With the opening of this store, the company has now 25 stores with eight stores on standalone and 17 shop-in-shop stores.

    With the launch of new store in Bengaluru, now Shoppers Stop has 30 stores present in 13 cities including Mumbai (eight stores), Delhi (three stores), Kolkata (three stores), Bengaluru (three stores), Hyderabad (three stores), Jaipur (two stores), Pune (two stores) and one store each in Gurgaon, Chennai, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Noida and Amritsar.

    The next upcoming store will open at Venus Square mall, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, by end of March 2010, confirms , president and CEO, Shopper’s Stop Limited.
