Forum Value mall to be launched in Whitefield, Bengaluru

The Prestige constructions company, which owns Forum Malls in South India, is set to launch the Forum Value mall in Whitefield in Bengaluru. Speaking to IndiaRetailing, S Raghunandan, CEO, Retail, Prestige Group, informed that the value mall from Prestige Group — Forum Value mall — would be officially launched within a few weeks.

Informing further, Raghunandan told that the GBA (Gross Building Area) of the soon to be launched mall is around 3,00,000 square feet of space, and the mall would have ground plus three floors.

The anchor tenants at Forum Value mall would be Arvind Brands’ Megamart, Fame Cineplex and the Prestige Group owned Transit Food court. Raghunanadan also informed that a number of Forum Malls are under construction in cities including Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Mysore and Mangalore.
