KDIL promoter sells stake

In a latest development, one of the promotors of dairy products major Kwality Dairy (India) Ltd (KDIL) Gulshan Kumar sold 15,000 shares of the company. In a disclosure made to Bombay Stock Exchange, the company said that the sale of shares that happened on January 7 this year, is in compliance with the relevant regulations of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeover) Regulations, 1996 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.

KDIL is a Faridabad-based company and manufactures food products including ice cream milk powder, skimmed milk powder (SMP), whole milk powder (WMP), dairy whitener and desi ghee.
