Toward meeting its business growth plans, RPG Enterprises has announced the completion of hiring of summer interns for the year 2009 from tier-I Business-schools. According to an official press release, 34 summer interns will be associated with RPG Enterprises and its group companies from May 2009.
Surprisingly, among these group companies, Spencer’s Retail did not hire any intern. “This year Spencer’s went ahead with the policy of no vacancy for the summer interns,” said a company source.
RPG group companies who went for hiring included KEC International employing five, CEAT employing 16, Zensar Technologies hiring one, Raychem RPG recruiting nine and Harrisons Malayalam employing two.
RPG Enterprises has more than twenty companies managing diverse business interests in the areas of power, transmission, IT, retail, tyres, carbon black and entertainment.
