Reliance launches 12th retail format

The Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Retail has introduced its 12th retail format under the brandname “Reliance Living Homeware”, in Aurangabad.

Spread across 3,000 square feet, the store will retail household utilities for daily needs including kitchen, dining and bathroom accessories and will be controlled by Reliance Retail’s subsidiary ‘Reliance Home Store Ltd’.

Commenting on the launch of this new format, Raghu Pillai, president and CEO, operations and strategy, Reliance Retail said, “Currently home ware is an extremely fragmented category in India, wherein customer experience is functional. Reliance Living will revolutionise this by offering a world class experience while helping consolidation of this category in the industry”.

RRL currently operates various retail formats that include Reliance Autozone, Delight, Reliance Digital, Reliance Footprint, Reliance Fresh, iStore, Reliance Mart, Reliance Super, Reliance TimeOut, Reliance Trends and Reliance Wellness.
