Must Read

Metro Shoes and Mochi, the leading footwear retailers, have entered into a strategic tie-up with HealthShare to retail Buff’nShine.

Buff’nShine is a US-based brand of battery-powered shoe polisher and has chosen Chennai-based company HealthShare as its India partner, to market and distribute Buff’nShine products across the country.

According to HealthShare, the brand will be available through all outlets of Mochi and Metro Shoes. Speaking to Indiaretailing, Rahul Madan, proprietor, HealthShare, said, “The product has already been launched in around 80 Metro stores throughout the country. Besides, all Mochi outlets will also retail the product.”

Speaking about the product, Madan said, “This is a first-of-its-kind concept in India and is being appreciated widely. Many other retailers have contacted us and are interested to stock the product in their outlets. The product is priced in sync with the Indian market trends; a single unit costs Rs 850, while additional accessories are priced at Rs 150.”

Madan further informed that the company is in talks with other corporate retailers for selling the product. “We are in talks with retailers including Lifestyle and Shoppers Stop. Besides, some other smaller chains have also contacted us,” added Madan.
