K Raheja Corp., one of India’s leading real estate and retail companies, has entered into an exclusive franchise agreement with Australia-based Servcorp, to establish a presence in the serviced and virtual offices business in India.
Announcing the development, Chandru L Raheja, chairman, K Raheja Corp., said, “This association with Servcorp will strengthen our objective of providing an end-to-end business logistics support to our clients in India.”
According to the agreement, the company will offer everything that a new business would require, allowing them to focus on the day-to-day operations in a cost-effective way. Under serviced offices, the company plans to have meeting rooms and administration services that will be operated on a ‘pay for what you use’ basis, whereas virtual offices service will support those businesses that do not have requirement of physical office space.
