DTZ appoints India CEO

DTZ India, the Indian arm of one of the world’s leading real estate advisor DTZ, has appointed Anshul Jain as CEO, with effect from August 1, 2008.

Jain is currently associated with DTZ’s International Investment team in London, where he focuses on cross-border investment into the Central and Eastern European region.

Jain comes with over 13 years of experience in the real-estate advisory business and has worked across a number of disciplines including corporate real estate, leasing, real-estate private equity, and direct investment.

Announcing the development, David Steventon, CEO Asia Pacific, DTZ, said, “The move demonstrates DTZ’s commitment to the India story as we continue to build our team to deliver comprehensive real estate services across India and the region.”

Speaking about his new role, Jain said, “I am very pleased to be joining the DTZ team in India. It will be a great privilege to work with so many accomplished professionals and to develop the DTZ brand as one of the leading real-estate service providers to our local and international clients.”

Jain holds a Master’s degree in finance from the University of Delhi and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.
