McDonald’s tie up with vCustomer Corporation

McDonald’s has tied up with US-based vCustomer Corporation, a business solution provider, who through its centralised workstation, will receive and manage orders, queries and complaints of McDonald’s customers. In an effort to upgrade its home delivery service, McDonald’s India had started the single national McDelivery no., 66-000-666, in March 2007.

“We find huge potential in vCustomer and are pleased to have them as our strategic partner to help us deliver quality service to every customer. With this partnership we expect that our customer’s satisfaction level would increase, said Sandip Maithal, director, operations and training, McDonald’s India (North & East).

Sanjay Kumar, chief executive officer, vCustomer Corporation, said: “We are pleased to support McDonald’s and will provide superior customer support services.”

Earlier, Indiaretailing had reported vCustomer being in talks with almost 20 retailers across the country, who are expected to be associated with the company.
