Nestle India, the FMCG major, is reorganising its sales structure. FMCG companies are adopting this change to keep up with the complexities posed by emerging trade channels.
The FMCG major is said to have created new divisions, namely channel and category sales development and national key accounts management organisation. Experts say this will help the company to focus on modern retail formats and respond faster to the consumer demands. This is the second time that the company has done an internal reorganisation exercise in past two years.
