V3S City Centre, New DelhiAfter launching the V3S Mall and Vikas Surya Shopping Mall in New Delhi, the V3S Group is on track to unveil the V3S City Centre shopping mall in the Capital's Rohini locality by the end of the first quarter in 2009. Strategically located in the heart of North Delhi , the mall would present a combination of shopping, leisure and entertainment.

V3S City Centre is being set up on a built up area of around 4,00,000 sq.ft with its ground floor and four other floors offering varied retailing experiences. The property will contain 2,00,000 sq.ft of gross leasable area, with 1,80,000 sq.ft distributed to shopping space. A Food Court and other leisure and entertainment offers would occupy 14,500 sq.ft of space on the top floor of the mall. Expecting footfalls between 6,000 to 8,000 on weekdays and 12,000-plus on weekends, the property is targetted at the catchments of Rohini, Prashant Vihar and Shalimar Bagh.

Two basement levels of parking area – covering 15,000 sq.ft space – are designed to accommodate between 800 to 1,000 cars at any given point of time.

The developers are in talks with major retailers and brands across categories for the available retail space. Reliance Retail's hypermarket format has already been signed on as an anchor and will occupy a total of 20,000 sq.ft in retail space.

V3S' primary expertise lies in developing commercial complexes such as Vikas Surya Plaza , Vikas Surya Towers and Vikas Surya Shopping Mall, while its upcoming retail-centred projects include the V3S Ring Road Mall and V3S North Delhi Mall in New Delhi.
