With the launch of “IMAGES Retail” (Hindi) in July 2003, the IMAGES Group broke new ground in launching a first ever publication of its kind. Opening a much wider horizon of knowledge in the fast changing and ever expanding world of retail, the Hindi IMAGES Retail seeks to provide a world-view of retail and all that it encompasses. With this, the Group has widened its base from its existing English publications like IMAGES BoF (IMAGES Business Of Fashion), IMAGES Retail and IMAGES FnL (IMAGES Fashion n Life), in to the domain of vernacular publications.

Covering retail in a wider sense and laying emphasis on the evolving and fast growing phenomenon of retail, be it fashion retailing or any other, the Hindi edition seeks to introduce, independently of its English sister edition, modern retail concepts and practices. It is a first of its kind venture, as a senior Hindi journalist put it, and to the country’s Hindi-speaking populace, who have hitherto been deprived of any working understanding of the multi-faceted developments in this vital sector, which is the future of all business, it opens up floodgates of new knowledge and practices in retail.. The magazine also informs readers about national and international brands, new launches and fashion and lifestyle products and about happenings and events of any consequence in the retail sector across the globe.
