TDI Group to unveil TDI Mall in Sonepat

TDI Group is planning to launch TDI Mall at Kundli, Sonepat. The mall is part of TDI City, Kundli and has a grand 650 feet frontage facing NH-1 and 5.5 lakh sq.ft of retail space.

The mall has been conceptualized not only as a shopper’s paradise but also as a complete entertainment destination where one can hangout for the whole day. The mall is said to be the longest and biggest mall on NH-1 and is strategically located at a 15-minute drive from Rohini and Pitampura and next to KMP Expressway (currently, under construction). The mall will also be connected by the proposed metro link.

According to Prawal Choudhary, MD, DFIPL, “Expansion at TDI Mall, Kundli has dual advantage of getting the maximum footfall not only of TDI Township of 1250 acres and NH-1 passer-by but also of the posh colonies of Delhi owning to it closes proximity to Delhi. He further added that “At TDI Mall we are coming up with a complete set up in approximately 32000 sq.ft area and fit-outs are on final stages here, we are also planning the similar kind of setup at TDI’s other projects in Mohali, Agra, Moradabad, Panipat etc.”

The major attractions of TDI Mall includes - The Jurassic Park and Haunted House for a spine-chilling adventure; Techkidz – a play station for kids; and a traditional-theme-based restaurant 'Madhiaya – The Cottage'. Shopaholics can have the joy of shopping at the major upcoming retail outlets like Adidas, Lilliput, Lawman and and many more. It has Floriana- concept marble as an anchor and recently, Q Cinemas, a unit of QSR cinema has taken three-screen multiplex at the mall.

TDI Mall will also have entertainment zone with games like pool table, bowling, bumper cars, video games along with food court and discotheque-cum-resturant.
