The Beer Café to debut at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj

The Beer Café, touted as India's first self-service beer café, will be opening on October 25 at Ambience Mall, Vasant Kunj. The café will be spread over an area of 3,000 sq.ft.

"The Beer Café is the first of its kind in India. We did an exhaustive study of concepts in the F&B space and realised that there are very few places that focus on beer, which is more and more becoming a way of life. There are very few relaxed, no fuss places where people can just chill over a glass of beer and meet their mates. So we have created a place that offers a warm, cheerful and bright atmosphere where people can meet up. The Beer Café will offer its guests the widest variety of beers in the country," says Pradeep Gidwani, co-founder, The Beer Cafe.

He further adds, " We have put significant investment into The Beer Café. We will provide the best beer drinking experience and a lot of investment has been put into technology." The investment in the format has been done internally by both Gidwani and Rahul Singh (co-founder, The Beer Café).

Talking about the expansion plans, Gidwani insits that they intend to take the concept across the country.

The Beer Café, targetting audience in the age group of 25-45 year, will have a combination of both seating and standing areas.
