U.S. Polo Assn opens outlets in Delhi

Sportswear brand U.S. Polo Assn, which was launched in India in May 2009, has recently launched three exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) in Delhi. The stores are located at South Extension, Select Citywalk and Connaught Place. Sometime back, the brand had opened an exclusive outlet in Ahmedabad.

“We are delighted to extend the grandiosity of the brand and its perfect representation of polo to the citizens of Delhi,” said Alok Dubey, VP, Arvind Lifestyle Brands, which has the licensing agreement with U.S. Polo Assn in India.

The lifestyle sportswear category is a bridge between the formal and casual wear segments and US Polo has already entrenched firm footprints in this category through its suavely versatile merchandise.

“Polo, the royal sport that exudes elegance and sophistication, gets richer with clothing from Arvind Lifestyle Brands. U.S. Polo products are sold in over 100 countries, at independent retail stores, department stores, and U.S. Polo Assn flagship stores. The brand is looking at expanding its footprint by opening several retail stores across the country.
