Reliance Digital opens its second iStore in Mumbai at Ghatkopar

Reliance Digital, the consumer durable retail chain of Reliance Retail Ltd launched its 10th iStore and Mumbai’s 2nd iStore in R City Centre Mall, Ghatkopar. iStore, the chain of store selling Apple products in India already has presence in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Ludhiana, Jaipur and Mumbai.

Spread over 1146 sq ft iStore at Ghatkopar houses the entire range of Apple products for the professional and consumer segments including iPods, MacBooks, iMac, the Mac Mini, Apple TV, Cinema Display along with the latest suite of software and accessories.

At the launch, Ajay Baijal, president and chief executive, Reliance Digital, said, “Customers will have access to the latest iconic products from Apple in a world-class ambience with excellent end-to-end customer support.”

The store houses ‘iPromise’, the training proposition of iStore and ‘ResQ’, the service arm of Reliance Digital and an Apple authorised service centre.

‘iPromise’ enables consumers to learn the applications of the Apple products they wish to buy and with ResQ, customers can get service on the products they have bought at any of the iStore across India. The newly launched line of the MacBooks and MacBook Pros are available for live demonstration at the store.
