
Fujifilm introduces new camera range

Imaging major Fujifilm India, wholly owned subsidiary of Fujifilm Corporation, Japan, has launched a new digital camera range FinePix Z30 in the Indian market, according to a company press release.
Speaking on the launch, Kenichi Tanaka, managing director, Fujifilm India, said, “We recognise the hunger in our younger customers for sleeker designs and the most updated technology. FinePix Z30 is specifically designed for ‘Generation Z,' the younger, tech-savvy and fashion-conscious consumer.”
With 2.7 inch LCD screen, this 10 megapixel camera is available in India in three colours - orange, purple and black and has a Fujinon 3x optical zoom lens. Globally, the company posted revenue of USD 24.7 billion in the year ended March 31, 2009, the release added.
