Reliance experience

I am Pushpendra, a resident of Udaipur (sector 3). Yesterday (07/05/08), I visited the Reliance Fresh outlet in my sector to buy some fruits. There, in order to get the bill of 1 kg of grapes I had to wait for 30-35 minutes, and when my turn did come, the cashier did not attend to me as he saw his known ones next to me. When I objected, he replied rudely and misbehaved in front of other customers.

I want to bring the matter to the knowledge of senior authorities of Reliance Fresh. Firstly, the type of language used by the cashier, Kamlesh, and his attitude (as if he is CEO of Reliance Fresh) is not acceptable. Secondly, there is no senior staff member to stand up for customers. Mr Paneri, the supervisor, and the commercial head at the store, did come to the scene, but it was more of a formality. When I asked for the cashier to also be present, they replied that they had scolded him already and avoided a clear settlement. The commercial head didn't once take my complaint as sincere feedback.

I hope the senior authorities will take it up seriously.
