Omved celebrates their retail staff’s (front and back end) achievements, birthdays, festivals every month on the last working Saturday in their head office.
They organize games, lunch, and cut a cake (all birthday staff), smear their faces with cake and make them feel special. This is their way of celebrating their special day every month.
They firmly believe that they are the ambassadors who represent their company and should be treated in the way one would want oneself to be treated by others.
For a change this year instead of celebrating at the end of the month the brand will be celebrating on the 12th of December.
