Industrybuying launches mobile app for B2B customers

Industrybuying, a leading B2B e-commerce platform selling a wide range of business and industrial products to SMEs as well as large businesses, has launched its own mobile app for Android users. The iOS version of the app is due for launch later this month.
According to a report in ANI: The latest development is in line with Industrybuying’s strategy to enhance the customer experience and provide a seamless procurement process in every possible way.
The app allows its B2B customers to explore more than 1 million industrial utility products from over 40+ categories and more than 3000 brands.
“Mobile is a key growth driver for us. In last quarter alone our mobile visits have grown 25 per cent. More than 6,00,000 users visit our online platform every month via mobile. Businesses need that on-the-go flexibility and ease of use to search, select and order goods whenever they find time in their busy schedule. With the launch of our mobile app, we aim to provide just that,” said Co-founder and CEO, Industrybuying, Swati Gupta.
Currently, with more than 1.5 million monthly visits, Industrybuying boasts of a wide range of brands and OEM’s including major players like 3M, Wuerth, Grainger, Honeywell and others.
On-ground Campaign
Industrybuying.com launched an on-ground brand activation campaign in New Delhi to attract new vendors and also to connect with the present ones.
After first such brand building initiative by this company, Industrybuying.com is further planning to tie up with vendors all over the country. They would introduce new products on their portal which will reach the customers in two and three tier towns.
The campaign has given an open platform for the sellers to interact with the category managers. They will do the registration and also provide the required portal related information to the sellers.
Okhla being an industrial hub, has more than 3000 sellers from categories like electronics, safety tools, industry utilities, air cleaning etc. It would provide the right platform for the seller as well as Industrybuying to communicate and connect with them directly. At present, the company has 3500 plus sellers all over India.
