Yepme's brick and mortar store gains popularity

Must Read

Online fashion brand Yepme.com has brought the online shopping experience onto the offline space with its first brick and mortar store at DT City Centre Mall, Gurgaon. The store aims to develop a connection between its customers and the brand, its products and culture, by facilitating touch and feel, understanding their best fits and foster better future freedom in buying their products either from the store or online and get it delivered at their doorstep. Yepme has kept prices common across the offline and online stores.
“The brand is taking a step to get closer to our customer, as customers can now experience the touch and feel of the product and the diverse range of the fresh fashion collection for both men and women. They can also try their best fit to make an intelligent purchase online or at the store. We are excited to see the response at the store and take customer interaction to the next level,” Vivek Gaur, CEO and Co-founder, Yepme.com, said.
The physical store experience should help giving a differential advantage over other online competitors and increase its credibility as a fresh fashion brand. The brick-and-mortar stores will also work well as a starting point for purchases; after customers have figured out their fits and preferences, if the range at the store is not enough to decide, they can browse the online store and place orders there.
