For this model, Samsung has partnered with Retail Software providers to offer a high relevance to retail enterprise users. One such partnership allows retailers to access the clienteling application of Raymark Software. It enables retailers to access shoppers’ full profile, including purchase history, browsing history, wish list, preferred brands, favourite styles, etc
To speed up the data input by sales associates, the tablet is enabled with voice command update feature that helps save time and increase efficiency. Other features include Samsung Pay acceptance, which allows shoppers to pay using their own mobile phone in a quick and safe manner.
For safeguarding this important piece of hardware, Samsung has added the fingerprint scanner technology for associate verification. It also has the Knox software security that includes several layers of hardware, software, and application level security to provide businesses with the desired levels of protection.
