Paytm, InMobi partner to boost m-commerce ecosystem

Mobile commerce platform Paytm and mobile advertising platform InMobi have announced a first-of-its kind multi level partnership to boost the mcommerce ecosystem.
With this collaboration, Paytm marketplace merchants will have a reach to 120 million mobile internet users on InMobi’s Miip (discovery commerce platform). This will help merchants to increase their businesses manifold by reaching out to the entire mobile internet community in India. The partnership will power billions of discovery commerce sessions, thus, exponentially increasing the reach of the combined platform.
Paytm Wallet will be powering the Buy button on the Miip platform. This would ensure that merchants have higher sales conversions as the Paytm Wallet (with over 100 Mn users) is optimized to ensure minimum payment failures and provide higher convenience for mobile payments.
The third phase of this association is the digital store on the Paytm app powered by InMobi’s Miip. With this, Paytm will enable its app users in discovering recommendations on latest and essential apps and games for their smartphones. All the apps and games being showcased on the store are free to install and can be easily downloaded from Google Play or the Apple App Store. This digital store will also offer music and video content going forward to meet every entertainment and recreational need of users.
